A Link to the Past Comics
Information: Published: 1992 in Nintendo Power Magazine, 1993 in book form
Story and illustration: Shotaro Ishinomori
Copywriter: Dan Owsen

Description: This comic was written and illustrated by Shotaro Isinomori, one of Japan's most famous comic book creators. It was originally serialized in Nintendo Power Magazine. The first of 12 parts appeared in January 1992 (Volume 32) and the series ran through December 1992. It was published in book form in 1993. The plot loosely follows ALttP, but some elements were added to "preserve the elements of surprise and add to the dramatic flow."

Kamigami no Triforce (ALttP) Manga

Description: This is a really neat manga made by Ataru Cagiva, the same person who made the Link's Awakening manga. (The ALttP manga was actually made after the LA manga, not before.) Description: This is a really cute two-volume manga made by Ataru Cagiva, the same person who made the ALttP manga. (The LA manga was actually made before the ALttP manga, not after.) For a manga, it is surprisingly close to the story told in the game. It still manages to expand on the LA story in a fun way.

Free PSP comics

A publisher is releasing 155 pages of free downloadable manga specifically converted for viewing on the PSP. There is a catch though. Instead of being an entire comic, Seven Seas released the first chapters for their four flagships titles. The titles are Amazing Agent Luna, Blade for Barter, Last Hope and No Man’s Land. Each preview consists of 30 to 40 pages of the story. Hop over to Gomanga and download the zip files for some free Manga goodness.
