How long should the front page be?
I was scrolling through the site today, and it occured to me: it's very lengthy!
How long should it be? What do you think?

I think it´s ok to be a long page cause I got a broadband connection. Though it´s great like, the people who use low speed ponnection gets mad when loading a big page like. Keep the good work, your blog it´s the best on comics theme.
by far the best, yes.
Could you, I wonder, find Tarzan and Little Nemo; or Flash Gordon and Rip Kirby?
And do keep the long first page: it gives people the push to get broadband.

PLease leave the long first page. Personally, I'd rather scroll down it than keep going back to smaller archives. Best site for comics - keep up the good work.
I also have a bb connection, but considering that many people don't, i wouldn't mind a shorter page. Here a little trial and error should give a better idea of the 'ideal' page length, but maybe 15 days would be fine. Page size would average half the actual size.Other suggestion is to keep longer posts in secondary pages. For instance, I know many people don't like it, but links are better 'protected' against stealers and deleters/whatever when they have to go one by one.
And btw, it's a great site to get comics in http, but there are others, and usually the links are not on the first page. There's a reason for that, as i explained above.
Just my opinion, I like it as it is, but i can think about the site in a 'what will be better for the site's future' way (bandwidth costs, thrats from 'law abbiding, law bending' entities, freak users, the usual ...) instead of 'how will it be easier for me to dl this stuff, even if it means a greater risk for the site owner's' way.
thx for the site, hope it last forever and a day more.

long homepages make up for a bad web design -no matter if one is using bb or not. pls keep only the most important links and updates on the front page.
